Room Share Option: If you would like to share a room with another participant, please show this on the "Registration Terms & Class Preparation" form. Detail the nights you are planning to stay and we will contact you as soon as another participant shows that they would like to share a room on, or close to the nights you are staying. You will then both contact each other and take care of the arrangements yourselves with the hotel. We do not guaranty the availability of shared rooms and do not take any responsibility if your roommate cancels at the last minute, though we will contact you as soon as we can regarding any cancellations or changes at the last minute made apparent to us. This is purely a service to help you cut rooming costs.

After registration you will be sent a confirmation packet. Within one month of the class you will be sent a final confirmation letter with a San Jose Visitors Brochure and any other information to help make your journey to the class more pleasant.
